Property Management
Pricing is based on four criteria:
- Services Provided
- Number of Rental Units
- Location or Neighborhood
- Age or Condition of the Property
When you contact us, we will schedule a meeting with the
property owner at the property to perform a
walk through inspection and set exact pricing at that time.
If it is not possible to meet with the owner at the property, for example if
they
are out of state, we can perform a walk around the property with owners permission
and set the pricing terms.
A general rule to go by is this:
Full Service for a Single Rental Unit (a single family home or condo) = 10%
of rent collected or a flat fee may be agreed upon
Full Service for a multi-unit building ranges between 5% to
10% of rent collected or a flat fee may be agreed upon
Home Sitting / Drive-by Inspections / Eviction Notice Posting and other one-time
services that owners of properties that we do NOT manage can be be ordered and
