Current Tenant Application Statistics

We are frequently asked by new clients how long it will take to fill a vacancy. We have developed a very innovative and proactive approach to marketing properties and qualifying tenants. Although every property is slightly different we strive to place the best quality tenant that a particular neighborhood and property will attract in the shortest amount of time. We are constantly receiving tenant inquiries. Many companies will discard these applicants if they cannot be placed immediately. We, however, maintain a detailed online archive of all our tenant inquiries. When we take over a property for the first time we first search this tenant archive to see if any existing tenant applicants on file match the new vacancy. If a match is found, we can sometimes immediately fill a vacancy. Properties we fully manage rarely have vacancies due to the proactive approach and technologies we have developed to seek the best possible candidates from the tenant pool.
