allow you, our client, to monitor our daily operations from anywhere in the
world that you have Internet access. This is a great communications tool and
benefit to remote owners who live out of state or Internationally. Whether you
have one rental unit or fifty, every significant event impacting each rental
unit and investment property is archived for you to oversee as our daily
operations as the occur locally. For example, as routine drive-by inspections
are performed they are recorded into our system and a photo or two is taken to
support the rental property inspection report. As we record the inspection into
our computer system, it is archived for historical reference, you are
automatically emailed that the inspection took place along with the notes and
photos taken. The archive is maintained for the life of our contract which means
you can go online anytime and monitor exactly when inspections were performed
and see the photos of each inspection over time. This is operational
transparency. If you are an out of state or international investor you should
