Investment Property Owner Web Portal

When you become our client you will be assigned a secure logon and password to
our property owner web site portal. This portal pulls data directly from our
office software. You will be able to view all of the information regarding your
property for the life of our contract. We use this same toolset to track trends
and grade our own performance for each of our clients. Our International clients
like the web portal feature because of time zone differences it allows those
outside of the United States to keep in touch with their investment at anytime
that is convenient for them. Even if you opt out of our automated email
notification system, you can always refer to the web portal to monitor our
property management performance.
Not only can you, the property owner/our client, monitor our progress managing
your property, the investment property owner web portal is also interactive. You
can modify marketing materials we create for your property. For example if you
want to add additional information that you feel is significant about your
property, you can do that and it is made part of the marketing materials. You
can request and schedule maintenance that you know of, or record historical
maintenance records. For example if you know the last time an AC unit was
maintained you can enter that into the maintenance history yourself. Anything
you enter becomes part of the rental profile for your property. The investment
property owner web portal give us a framework for effective communication with
our investment property owner clients.
