Our use of automated alerts and event driven notification communications is
another feature that distinguishes our firm from other property management
companies. Our automated notifications system is directly integrated into our
office software. Our clients receive emails and at their option text messages
whenever significant events regarding their property are recorded into our
office software. Some notifications are fired whenever one of our employees
enters information regarding your property. Other notifications are based on
scheduled events. For example our software keeps track of leases that will
expire soon and scheduled annual inspections. You will be notified of these
events along with our staff. This simple notification system ensures everyone,
property manager and property owners are aware of current and scheduled
activities regarding each rental unit and property. Email and text notifications
are sent in real-time as events occur. These real-time notifications can be
turned on or off at the owners choice. Every Monday morning our software
generates a summary report for the prior week activities. This summary report is
emailed out to all of our clients. So, if you choose not to have the real-time
notifications, you will still have a summary email each Monday. Finally, using
your secure owner portal you will be able to log on anytime and reference any of
the events regarding your property. This is a great tool for grading our
performance over time and ensuring property management tasks are performed in a
timely manner.

- Late Rent Notification - 1 day after rent was due [if it has not been paid]
- Annual Rental Inspection due within 10 days
- Tenant Application Received for a Listed Rental Unit
