We use this information to perform a high level rental analysis, location and
neighborhood study. We will contact you by phone or email once this has been
done. The real estate analysis takes about one business day to complete. This
real estate study allows us to talk intelligently with you about the property
and its potential in general terms sight unseen. We will also schedule an
on-site visit at the rental property. When possible, we like to schedule a
meeting with the property owner at the rental property within one week.
Sometimes this is not possible if you are out of state or an International
Investor we can perform the onsite visit with your permission. When we perform
an initial onsite visit we try not to be noticed by tenants unless there is a
specific need you want us to address at that time.
